Payment and cancellation policy

All therapy, supervision, and ESA services are private pay and are not billed to insurance.

• Payment is required prior to service delivery unless other arrangements are made.
• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a fee.
• ESA letters and supervision sessions will not be issued or continued until payment is received.
